REFUND POLICY
Refunds vary by type of charge, please read the following carefully.
Wedding Photo Permits
Wedding photo permits are non-refundable
Room bookings and event reservations:
If a written cancellation request for a room booking or event reservation is received at least two months prior to the booking or event date then you will receive a full refund of the room booking portion of an invoice less a $50 administration fee.
If a written cancellation request for a room booking or event reservation is received less than two months but more than one month prior to the booking or event date then you will receive a fifty percent refund of the room booking portion of an invoice less a $50 administration fee.
If the cancellation request for a room booking or event reservation is received later than one month prior to the booking or event date there will be no refund for the room booking fee.
In some cases a deposit will be required to hold the space for your booking or event. In those cases you will be advised at the time of the invoice that the deposit is non-refundable.
Services
If a written cancellation request for services is received at least 10 days before it is scheduled, the fee for services such as post-event caretaking, security or small amounts of furniture delivery, will be refunded fully less a $50 administrative fee. In some cases earlier arrangements are required for services. In those cases, where an earlier arrangement is required, you will be notified at the time of invoicing and/or payment and the service fee will be non-refundable.
Filming Location Fees
Film and professional photography location fees are non-refundable
